Shipping Policy
Welcome to Karen Beauchamp Studio, traditional prints handmade in Scotland. I am committed to using recycled materials to create unique pieces of art. Our shipping methods are carefully selected and packed to ensure that your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us to initiate the return process.
All products will be insured against loss or damage by the carrier whilst in transit.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the defective returned products. Please note that shipping fees are refundable after inspection of the goods and if they are found to be damaged or incorrect.

Return & Exchange Policy
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damage to expedite the process.
Should the client wish to return the goods because they have changed their mind, then the client must pay the return delivery charges.
