2. Products and Pricing
2.1 All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We strive to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, but we do not guarantee the availability of any product.
2.2 The prices displayed on our website are in the currency specified and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice.
2.3 We make every effort to accurately display the colors and details of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
2.4 All our products - except our greetings cards - are handmade in the Karen Beauchamp Studio and by the nature of hand-printing every item will be slightly different in colour, texture and shape making each print unique.
The greetings cards are printed by a reputable specialist in this area, and any complaint will be raised with them.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 The payment methods as stated on the website are by either PayPal, Invoice or Internet Banking/Bank Transfer.
3.2 We will only accept payment of the exact amount requested any overpayments will not be accepted and reported to the banking authority.
3.3 By placing an order through our online shop, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
3.4 Payment for the products and any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept the payment methods indicated on our website.
3.5 In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and provide a refund for the unavailable products.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We will make every effort to ship your order within the specified timeframe. However, we are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during shipping.
4.2 All products will be insured against loss or damage by the carrier whilst in transit.

4.3 The risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Any claims for damages or loss during shipping must be made directly with the carrier.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it is unused, in its original condition.
5.2 To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us directly. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the product is defective or damaged.
5.3 Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the defective returned products. Please note that shipping fees are refundable after inspection of the goods and if they are found to be damaged or incorrect.

5.4 Should the client wish to return the goods because they have changed their mind, then the client must pay the return delivery charges.

10.1 We do not use cookies ? or reuse any personal information for marketing or other purposes. Except in cases where the client engages with the website through the Contact page, and then we will only engage with that person for the reason stated.
